Cyriel Ruers and Saskia Stolk, together with Burggraaf & Hoekstra, assisted Opportunity Partners in obtaining approval from the German competition authority (FCO) for the acquisition of BrandLoyalty. BrandLoyalty was purchased from the US-listed Loyalty Ventures Inc. Thereby, Opportunity Partners added a second provider of loyalty programmes to her portfolio, next to L – founders of loyalty.
The acquisitions was notified to the FCO on 7 March 2023. The FCO approved the acquisition on 14 March 2023.
