Diederik Schrijvershof and Paul Breithaupt have successfully assisted O2 Capital Partners in obtaining approval from the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets (“ACM”) for the investment by O2 Capital Partners in VIOS Bouwgroep.
O2 Capital Partners is an investment company that invests primarily in medium sized companies in the Benelux, active in the industry of manufacturing, food, agriculture, trading companies, internet applications and IT. VIOS Bouwgroep is a family company that is active in the field of renovation, sustainability and property maintenance.
The investment by O2 Capital Partners in VIOS Bouwgroep was notified to the ACM on 3 September 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on 16 September 2021.
