Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita have assisted Nordian in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Biltz Consortium.
Nordian is an investment firm whose portfolio companies operate in a wide range of sectors. Biltz offers renovation and maintenance services for residential and non-residential buildings. Its activities include systematic maintenance, (constructive) renovation works, painting, fire prevention, upholstery and project design.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 6 December 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on 20 December 2021.
