Diederik Schrijvershof and Adriaan Craita have assisted Nordian in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of BlueTrail Group.
Nordian is an investment company whose portfolio companies operate in a wide range of sectors. BlueTrail Group operates as a (self-employed) intermediary and secondment agency. Its services are particularly focused on highly skilled white-collar IT professionals.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 8 September 2023. The ACM approved the acquisition on 25 September 2023.
