Martijn van de Hel and Annabel Kingma have successfully assisted ait-deutschland GmbH (Germany) in obtaining ACM's approval for the acquisition of Nathan Holding B.V. ait-deutschland develops, manufactures and distributes heat pumps, chillers, refrigeration and ventilation technology and accessories worldwide. NIBE Industrier AB (Sweden) is the parent company of ait-deutschland. NIBE develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of environmentally friendly, energy-efficient indoor climate control solutions in all types of buildings worldwide.
Nathan is a wholesaler for heat pumps and associated elements, such as the piping and installation system. This makes Nathan a specialist in energy technology.
