Diederik Schrijvershof successfully assisted elderly care providers Stichting SHDH and Stichting Amie Ouderenzorg in developing their cooperation and subsequent legal merger in a procedure at the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) and the Authority for Consumer & Markets (ACM). Stichting SHDH and Stichting Amie Ouderenzorg are active in the field of intra-and extramural elderly care in Zuid-Kennermerland. The merger was cleared by the NZa on 1 April 2017 and by the ACM on 30 June 2017.
