Martijn van de Hel, Adriaan Craita and Paul Breithaupt successfully assisted Jost in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of HYVA.
Jost is a manufacturer and supplier of products and components for commercial vehicles, in particular for trucks, trailers and agricultural vehicles. Jost mainly serves the transport and agriculture sectors.
HYVA is a manufacturer and supplier of components and equipment for transport solutions for commercial vehicles operating worldwide. HYVA's production and supply primarily sees hydraulic loading and unloading systems for trucks and trailers.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 17 October 2024. The ACM approved the concentration on 21 November 2024. The acquisition has also been notified to the relevant authorities in Poland, South Africa, India, Germany, and Saudi Arabia.
