A team of Maverick Advocaten has assisted InVivo in obtaining clearance for its acquisition of Baarsma Wine Group. InVivo is a cooperative group that is primarily active in the agricultural sector. Baarsma specialises in the marketing of wines. The transaction was approved by the Authority for Consumer and Markets on 9 June 2017.
