Cyriel Ruers and Mats Reijman are assisting an investment company in obtaining approval from the Dutch FDI Authority (Bureau for Verification of Investments – “BTI”) for the acquisition of an international manufacturer of high-tech products for, among others, the semiconductor and healthcare markets.
The target company is active in the field of sensitive technology and develops, manufactures and improves high-tech parts, components, modules and systems based on precision engineering and machining.
On 19 December 2024 the transaction was notified to the BTI under the Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions Security Screening Act (Vifo Act). The acquisition is currently being reviewed by the BTI.
