Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman assisted ING Corporate Investments in obtaining approval from the ACM to acquire joint control of flat glass wholesaler Mosa Group together with Inno-Pane.
ING Corporate Investments is active in the field of venture capital investment, including through the holding of participations in companies and the provision of subordinated loan capital. ING Corporate Investments is a 100% subsidiary of ING Groep N.V.
Mosa Beheer is a wholesaler in flat glass. Mosa Beheer is also engaged in the processing, logistics, distribution and installation of all types of flat glass.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 13 October 2023. On 1 November 2023, the ACM approved the acquisition.
