Martijn van de Hel and Paul Breithaupt successfully assisted Ice Lake Capital Fund II Coöperatief U.A. ("ILC") in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of FC VDS B.V. ("VDS").
ILC is an Amsterdam-based investment company that holds interests in various companies at home and abroad. VDS is a service provider in the field of asphalt maintenance for municipalities and provinces in the Netherlands.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on March 20, 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on April 10, 2024.
