Martijn van de Hel and Saskia Stolk successfully assisted IceLake Capital in obtaining approval from the Autoriteit Consument & Markt (“ACM”) for the acquisition of Willems Vastgoedonderhoud.
IceLake Capital is an Amsterdam-based investment company that holds interests in various companies in the Netherlands and abroad. Willems Vastgoedonderhoud offers total maintenance for housing associations and property owners.
On 3 April 2024 the acquisition was notified to the ACM. The ACM approved the acquisition on 24 April 2024.
