Martijn van de Hel and Saskia Stolk advised IceLake Capital in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of ventilation technology company Interduct.
IceLake is an Amsterdam-based investment firm. Interduct concerns a company in the field of ventilation technology. Its activities consist of ventilation advice and design, maintenance and installation of ventilation systems, sale and production of ventilation products and inspection of ventilation.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 14 April 2023. The ACM approved the acquisition on 1 May 2023.
