Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita have assisted Fource, a collective of automotive professionals and part of car parts distributor LKQ Corporation, in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of HAMU Automaterialen B.V., Otogros B.V. and A28 Autocombinatie B.V.
HAMU focuses on buying and selling (passenger)car parts and -accessories, selling car tires, selling workshop equipment and providing tire service.
The acquisition of HAMU Automaterialen was notified to the ACM on 10 August 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on 30 August 2021.
