Diederik Schrijvershof and Paul Breithaupt have successfully assisted Flexcraft Group B.V. in obtaining approval from the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets (“ACM”) for the acquisition of Axidus Groep and the rights and duties of Flexcy Rent B.V.
Flexcraft is a temporary employment agency that focuses mainly on workers in construction, engineering and industry and is operating in the Netherlands and Poland. Axidus is a temporary employment agency that mainly focuses on the fruit and vegetable sector, the non-food sector, the logistics sector and the technical sector and is also active in the Netherlands and Poland. Flexcy Rent is active in leasing vehicles from external leasing companies which are used for and by Axidus employees.
The transaction was approved by the ACM on 11 May 2022.
