Diederik Schrijvershof has successfully assisted Elba International N.V. in obtaining approval from the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) for a transaction regarding MG Holding B.V. Through various subsidiaries (including Spitters B.V.), MG Holding is active in the Netherlands in the field of engineering, construction and maintenance of underground telecommunications networks, such as fibre-optic and cable networks. As a result of the concentration, Elba International acquires sole control of MG Holding.
The transaction was cleared by the ACM on 21 November 2019.
