Diederik Schrijvershof has successfully assisted Edham Vastgoed and Scheybeeck Participaties in obtaining approval from the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) for a transaction regarding Montapacking Holding. Montapacking is active in the field of e-fulfilment and the logistical processing of webshop orders. As a result of the concentration, Edham and Scheybeeck acquire joint control of Montapacking.
The transaction was cleared by the ACM on 11 November 2019.
