Martijn van de Hel and Paul Breithaupt successfully assisted Duvenbeck NL Holding B.V. ("Duvenbeck") in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Schotpoort Group B.V. ("Schotpoort").
Duvenbeck (Waterland) is a full-service logistics provider in the areas of transportation, freight forwarding, contract logistics and supply chain optimization, among others. Schotpoort is a full-service logistics service provider and active in warehousing, value added logistics and transport solutions.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on February 26, 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on April 2, 2024.
