Diederik Schrijvershof and Paul Breithaupt assisted Deutsche Post International B.V. (as a part of Deutsche Post DHL Group) in obtaining approval from the ACM to acquire sole control of Monta Holding B.V.
DHL is a logistics service provider active in parcel and letter delivery, freight forwarding and logistics services. Monta is active in the logistics handling of webshop orders.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on October 3, 2022. The ACM approved the acquisition on October 17, 2022.
