Martijn van de Hel has successfully assisted the Stiho Group in obtaining approval from ACM for the acquisition of Bouwcenter Filippo.
De Stiho Groep is a family business that supplies various types of building materials throughout the Netherlands with the formulas Stiho, Giebels, Bouwmaat and Baars & Bloemhoff. De Stiho Groep takes over the six building materials wholesalers and four showrooms of Bouwcenter Filippo, all of which are located around the Veluwe.
