Diederik Schrijvershof and Adriaan Craita have provided competition law advice to a large cooperative of vegetable famers. The advice concerns, amongst other things, the distribution of greenhouse vegetables produced by the members of the cooperative to resellers and international retailers. Previously, Diederik has provided advice about the application of EU competition law to cooperatives and their members to inter alia GroentenFruit Huis, Dutch Produce Association and Dutch Council for Cooperatives. He has also spoken about this topic on the Dutch Council for Cooperatives symposium “The Cooperative and Competition”. For more information, see here.
