Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita have assisted Biltz in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of IJbouw Groep.
Biltz offers renovations and maintenance services. Their work includes planned maintenance, renovation work, painting, fire prevention, upholstery and project design. Biltz is part of Nordian, an investment company with portfolio companies that are active in various sectors. lJbouw Group is a construction company focused on small construction, maintenance, management, preservation, architectural and industrial projects.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 19 December 2022. The ACM approved the acquisition on 11 January 2023.
