Diederik Schrijvershof and Paul Breithaupt have assisted Anders Invest in obtaining approval of the ACM for the acquisition of Bincx.
Anders Invest is an investment company focused on the manufacturing industry, the real estate sector and the food and agri sector. The industry portfolio of Anders Invest consists of 18 companies active in a mix of industries, mainly mechanical engineering, maritime, building products and materials and automotive and high-performance industrial components. Bincx focuses mainly on the development, production and assembly of steel constructions for agricultural real estate, industrial real estate and utility construction.
Anders Invest’s acquisition of Bincx was notified tot the ACM on the 1st of October 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on the 13th of October.
