Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman have successfully assisted Albron in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Hutten.
Albron is active in the field of contracting and facility catering to business and government, healthcare and educational institutions in the Netherlands. In addition, Albron performs catering and food retail activities at Center Parcs parks in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Hutten is also active in contract catering and facility catering to the business community and government, healthcare, educational institutions and museums in the Netherlands. In addition, as a sustainability initiative (see here), Hutten itself also sells various products, such as soups and sauces.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 14 October 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on 29 October 2024.
