Diederik Schrijvershof, Adriaan Craita and Mats Reijman have successfully assisted A.I.C. Group B.V. in obtaining ACM approval for the acquisition of Technisch Handelsburo Visser Assen B.V. and Visser Buitenreclame B.V.
AIC is a technical wholesaler of building machinery, building site facilities, tools, equipment and container technology. AIC also specialises in the rent, repair, calibration and inspection of building machinery and equipment. THVA is a wholesaler of building equipment and building machinery. THVA also has specialists who focus on the sale, calibration, maintenance and repair of its measuring instruments. VB is a company engaged in providing services related to the design, printing, mounting and removal of printed indoor and outdoor advertising.
The acquisition was notified to ACM on 11 May 2023. ACM approved the acquisition on 6 June 2023.
