Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita successfully assisted Value Enhancement Partners (“VE Partners”) in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Nederland Reist Voordelig Holding B.V. (“NRV”).
VE Partners is a Netherlands-based investment company focusing mainly on the manufacturing and trade sectors. NRV is a Netherlands-based travel company offering group tours, individual tours, tailor-made tours and cruises, as well as software to support travel companies.
The operation was notified to the ACM on June 20, 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on July 3, 2024.
