Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman have successfully advised Value Enhancement Partners in obtaining approval from the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (“ACM”) for the acquisition of Satelliet Meubelen.
Value Enhancement Partners is a Netherlands-based investment company with interests in several companies, operating in various sectors. Satelliet Meubelen is engaged in the development and sale of indoor and outdoor furniture.
The transaction was notified to the ACM on 10 October 2023. On 26 October 2023 the transaction was approved by the ACM.
