Diederik Schrijvershof, Adriaan Craita and Saskia Stolk successfully advised Synergia Capital Partners (“Synergia”) in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of employment agency Babbage (“Babbage”).
Synergia is an investment firm whose investments are in mid-market private equity. ln particular, Synergia focuses on investing in companies that operate internationally in niche markets and seek growth through a buy-and-build strategy.
Babbage is active in the field of full-service employment agency within the communication, marketing and content creator sector. Babbage also provides in company training.
The transaction was notified to the ACM on 1 August 2023. On 15 August 2023 the transaction was approved by the ACM.
