Martijn van de Hel, Saskia Stolk and Paul Breithaupt successfully advised Scheybeeck Participaties B.V. (“Scheybeeck”) in obtaining approval from the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (“ACM”) for the acquisition of Van Lith Bouwbedrijf B.V. (“Van Lith Bouwbedrijf”).
Scheybeeck is an independent private equity company that focuses – through its investments – mainly on companies that are active in the field of rental, maintenance and service, technical services, safety, transport and logistics and construction and development.
Van Lith Bouwbedrijf operates in the field of property maintenance and renovation. Van Lith Bouwbedrijf’s work includes renovation work, daily maintenance, planned maintenance and sustainability improvement for housing associations and commercial property managers.
The transaction was notified to the ACM on 22 September 2023. On 2 October 2023 the transaction was approved by the ACM.
