Martijn van de Hel en Paul Breithaupt advised Scheybeeck Participaties B.V. (“Scheybeeck”) in obtaining approval from the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (“ACM”) for the acquisition of Logchies Afbouw B.V., Logchies Renovaties en Onderhoud B.V., Logchies Renovatiewerken B.V. and Logchies Support B.V. (“Logchies”).
Scheybeeck is an independent private equity company that focuses – through its investments – mainly on companies that are active in the field of rental, maintenance and service, technical services, safety, transport and logistics and construction and development.
Logchies works in the field of maintenance and sustainability improvement of existing properties for clients. Logchies’ activities consist of among others (i) making small to large-scale complexes more sustainable, (ii) facade maintenance, (iii) mutation and daily maintenance (iv) real estate advice and (iv) resident participation and communication.
The transaction was notified to the ACM on the 25 October 2023. On the 9 November 2023 the transaction was approved by the ACM.
