Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita successfully assisted Gustoso Gruppe GmbH (“Gustoso”) in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of ’t Zusje Franchise Holding B.V. (“’t Zusje”).
Gustoso is a German-based food service group with restaurants in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. ‘t Zusje is a Dutch hospitality concept that owns restaurants and is the franchisor of the ’t Zusje hospitality concept.

The operation was notified to the ACM on June 10, 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition of June 25, 2024.
