Diederik Schrijvershof and Adriaan Craita have successfully assisted Glaspoort in obtaining ACM approval for entering into a joint venture with TINC. The joint venture concerns Glasdraad. Glasdraad is active in developing, realizing and operating fiber optic networks in (underserved) outlying areas (as in rural areas) and small communities in the Netherlands.
Glaspoort is active in the development, realization and exploitation of fiber optic networks in medium dense areas and business parks. TINC is a Belgian investment company listed on Euronext Brussels. TINC invests in companies active in building and operating infrastructure.
The intention to start a joint venture was notified to the ACM on April 18, 2023 and approved by the ACM on May 4, 2023. TINC and Glasdraad were assisted by Brinkhof Advocaten.
