Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita have successfully assisted Bitvavo in obtaining approval from the ACM to acquire LiteBit's customer base and their digital assets. Bitvavo and LiteBit were advised respectively by De Roos Advocaten and FG Lawyers regarding the M&A-transaction.
Bitvavo operates as a crypto trading platform. LiteBit is also active as a crypto trading platform but will end its operations in the near future.
The transaction was notified to the ACM on 24 May 2023 and was approved by the ACM on 6 June 2023.
