The firm says it is the Netherlands' sole antitrust boutique — and it is known for its work in the healthcare sector. Mediq tapped the firm to appeal against the ACM's prohibition of its Eurocept Homecare acquisition. In March 2023, the Rotterdam District Court annulled the block, ruling that the ACM had defined the relevant product market too narrowly. The team also helped DHL steer its acquisition of e-commerce specialist Monta, winning approval in October 2023.
