A team of Maverick Advocaten has assisted Panalpina Welttransport (Holding) AG with the notification of the acquisition of a majority of the shares in Airflo from Flower Retail to the European Commission. The transaction, leading to joint control, was cleared on 11 January.
Panalpina, one of the world's leading freight forwarding companies, will through the acquisition enter the market for freight forwarding of perishables out of Africa.
