Maverick Advocaten has assisted NIBC and FinCo Fuel Holding in the process of obtaining joint control over FinCo Fuel Benelux. NIBC is a Dutch bank which focuses on corporate banking and consumer banking. FinCo Fuel is a company which operates in the storage, trading and distribution of oil and oil-related products in Northwest Europe. The Authority for Consumers and Markets cleared the transaction on August 30.
