Diederik Schrijvershof represents the Association of Practising General Practitioners (Vereniging Praktijkhoudende Huisartsen, VPH) in their appeal against the tariff decision concerning general practitioner’s care 2017 at the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (College van Beroep voor het bedrijfsleven, CBb) and their objection proceedings against the tariff decision concerning general practitioner's care 2018 at the Dutch Healthcare Authority (Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit, NZa). In 2016, Maverick Advocaten was successful for VPH in their appeal at the CBb against the tariff decision concerning general practinioner's care 2016.
