Martijn van de Hel has assisted SPIE Nederland with the notification of the acquisition of Alewijnse to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). The transaction was cleared on November 1.
SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has recently announced the acquisition of Alewijnse. Alewijnse is a technical services provider focusing on the technical management of building-related installations, with a particular expertise in installation and maintenance of electrical equipments. For SPIE this stands for an expansion of its customer portfolio and in particular a strengthening of its position on the industrial market in the central part of the Netherlands.
