Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita successfully assisted Swegon in obtaining approval from the ACM to acquire Climate City.
Swegon is a Swedish company specialising in the field of indoor climate control. To this end, it develops ventilation, heating, cooling and climate optimisation systems. It also provides related services and technical support. Climate City focuses on indoor climate control in office, residential, educational and healthcare buildings. It specialises in climate ceilings, air treatment and ventilation.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 3 July 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on 18 July 2024.
