Martijn van de Hel and Saskia Stolk successfully assisted O2 Capital Partners in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Royal Huisman.
O2 Capital Partners is a Dutch investment company. O2 Capital Partners focuses mainly on companies in the manufacturing, food and agricultural industries, trading companies, internet applications and ICT.
Royal Huisman specialises in the construction and restoration of luxury sailing and motor yachts.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 26 July 2024. The ACM approved acquisition on 13 August 2024.
